Dale Wein is admitted to practice before all South Dakota Courts, the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota, and the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is the current chairperson of the Local Bankruptcy Rules Committee for the District of South Dakota, and serves as both the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee and the Chapter 12 Trustee for all cases in South Dakota. Dale focuses his private practice on debtor-creditor and adoption matters.

Dale graduated suma cum laude from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1984.

Tom Cogley is admitted to practice in all South Dakota state courts. His practice focuses on civil litigation, criminal law, family law, bankruptcy law and personal injury cases.

Tom graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2010. While in law school he was chosen to participate in the school’s Moot Court program, performing in several competitions throughout the country. After graduating, Tom served as law clerk for one year for the Fifth Judicial Circuit, Hon. Jack Von Wald, Presiding Judge. He and his wife, Abby, have two children, Joseph and Grace.

Tom is also licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

Brenda graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in May 2011. Brenda participated in the RD Hurd Program that provides affordable legal services for qualified low income individuals, Innocence Project of South Dakota, which provides legal services to inmates who have cognizable claims of wrongful conviction, and she has worked with the Sioux City Human Rights Commission. Brenda Fetherhuff is admitted to practice in all South Dakota state courts.

Brenda is an Aberdeen native and the daughter of Randy and Deb Fetherhuff.

After a successful career spanning over fifty years, Mike Ronayne has since retired from full time service in the law. His last several decades of active practice focused primarily upon wills, estate planning and settlement, and real estate. Mike continues to provide the benefit of his experience on an “of counsel” basis.

Mike holds his law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law, graduating in 1948.
